Once you send over an inquiry, I’ll be in touch to schedule an initial call with you and your fiancé. This is our chance to connect — to get to know you as a couple, hear your story, and start dreaming up what you’re envisioning for your wedding day. I want this to feel relaxed, intentional, and personal.

If it feels like a great fit and you’re ready to move forward after our call, I’ll send over a contract along with an invoice with the 25% retainer to officially reserve your date on my calendar.

1. Send an Inquiry & Let’s get to know each other!

2. Contract, Invoice & Making It Official

If everything feels aligned after our call and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract along with an invoice. A 25% retainer is due at booking to officially reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding day.

Every wedding collection includes an engagement session, with session length varying based on the collection you booked. This time together is all about getting comfortable, having fun, and getting to know each other before the big day! It gives you a chance to experience what it feels like to be in front of my camera, and it helps me learn how you naturally connect and interact together.

Think of it as a low-pressure, fun way to hang out, shake off any nerves, and walk away with some really photos along the way.

3. Scheduling your
Engagement Session!

As your wedding day approaches, I’ll send over an in-depth questionnaire covering all the important details of your day. This helps me thoughtfully build your custom wedding day timeline. Its not meant to be a strict schedule, but a guide to make sure all the moments you’re dreaming of have space to be captured intentionally.

Sometimes this step takes a bit of back-and-forth as we fine-tune everything alongside the rest of your wedding plans, and that’s completely normal.

I’ll be there capturing the story as it unfolds — the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between — so you can return to it for years to come.

  • Most couples book anywhere from 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. If your date is coming up sooner, don’t hesitate to inquire — I’m always happy to check availability and see if it might be a good fit.

  • ABSOLUTELY! Travel fees may apply depending on location so feel free to reach out and let’s talk through the details!

  • All collections include a sneak peek delivered within 48–72 hours of your wedding. Full gallery delivery depends on your collection: 6-hour collections are delivered within 6–8 weeks, while 8- and 10-hour collections are delivered within 8–10 weeks.

  • Your images are delivered through a private, easy-to-use online gallery via Pic-Time. From there, you can download your photos in both high-resolution format for printing and web-sized format for easy sharing.

    Your gallery will remain active for one year after delivery. I always recommend downloading and backing up your full gallery to an external hard drive to ensure your images are safely stored long-term. You’ll also have the option to order high-quality prints and albums directly through Pic-Time if you’d like to turn your photos into something tangible!

  • This depends on the collection you choose and how the day unfolds. I don’t promise an exact number, but on average you can expect around 40–100 images per hour of coverage.

  • My style is natural, dreamy, and story-driven, with an emphasis on capturing real moments as they unfold. I focus on connection, emotion, and the in-between moments that often end up meaning the most. My approach is relaxed and intentional, offering gentle guidance when it’s helpful, and stepping back when moments are best left untouched.

    My editing style is bright, colorful, and true to life, with warm tones and an airy feel that keeps your images timeless and dreamy. The end result is a gallery that feels honest and emotional, reflecting not just how your day looked, but how it truly felt!
