Once your session is booked, I’ll send over a Style Guide to make outfit planning feel easy and stress-free. It’s designed to walk you through everything from choosing colors that photograph beautifully to mixing textures, blending outfits, and knowing what to avoid.

I get it — picking outfits can feel overwhelming (especially when more than one person is involved), but you won’t be doing it alone. The guide is there to take the guesswork out of it and help you feel confident, comfortable, and like yourself going into your session. And of course, if you ever want a second opinion, I’m always happy to help!

Weather happens — and I’ve got you covered. If conditions are unsafe or truly unworkable (think heavy rain, storms, or anything that would make the session impractical), we’ll simply reschedule for a new date within the next couple of weeks at no extra cost. Easy, stress-free, and flexible.

That said, not-so-perfect weather can actually be beautiful. Overcast skies, a little wind, or light mist often photograph so dreamy, and I’m always happy to talk it through with you. We’ll make the call together with your experience and the final images in mind, your comfort always comes first.

Absolutely — every session is fully customizable. If you have a vision, a dream location, a creative idea, or something meaningful you want to incorporate, I’m all in. Whether that’s running into the ocean, exploring a favorite spot, bringing along something special, or planning a session that feels a little different from the norm, I want to help bring it to life.

Your gallery will be delivered with care and intention, never rushed. For 30-minute sessions, you can expect your full gallery within 1–2 weeks from your session date. For 1-hour and 2-hour sessions, you can expect a sneak peek within 24–48 hours after our session, with your full gallery delivered within 2–3 weeks.

Every image is thoughtfully selected and edited with attention to detail, ensuring your gallery feels cohesive, timeless, and true to the moments we captured together.

Your images will be delivered through a beautiful, easy-to-use online gallery via Pic-Time. From there, you’ll be able to download your photos in both high-resolution format for printing and web-sized format for easy sharing on social media.

I love Pic-Time because it makes everything simple and seamless — and it also offers access to high-quality prints, thoughtfully designed albums, holiday cards, and other keepsakes if you’d love to turn your images into something tangible and lasting.

Once you submit an inquiry and we finalize the details like location, date, and time, I’ll send everything you need straight to your email. This includes a simple contract that outlines my process and ensures we’re both aligned, along with an invoice for payment.

A 25% retainer is due at the time of booking to officially reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before your session. Everything is handled digitally for ease, and you’ll receive email reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

I know life doesn’t always go as planned, and my hope is always to handle changes with care and understanding! If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be applied toward a new session date with advance notice, and we’ll work together to find a new time that feels right.

If you need to cancel, any payments made beyond the retainer will be returned. The retainer itself is non-refundable, as it holds your session time and covers the preparation that goes into your experience. If a change happens very close to the session date, additional policies may apply — all of which are outlined clearly in your contract.
